With an emphasis on very practical situations, and taken straight from real life stories of anger and how you can overcome it, the modules within this lesson follow many different techniques and approaches for every type of anger situation that you may be faced with, the response that will keep you Calm, Cool, and Collected, and explore that paths that you do not want to go down. This lesson is heavy on how emotion turns to action, and how you can turn that emotion into positive action, presented from a psychological point of view, and tested on the streets and in homes, schools, and offices to really get your anger under control.

Danny Thomas

Anger Intervention Specialist
Mr. Thomas is the Vice President of Christopher Amira Salon and Spa and the Founder of Change of Direction, a social service agency that offers mentoring to young people . Thomas grew up in Aliquippa, PA. attending Hopewell High School and received a full athletic scholarship to the University of Louisville. Mr. Thomas was an All-American in football, and later received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Louisville. In 1987 Mr. Thomas was a free agent in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns. He was injured and placed on injured reserve for the season. He worked in the Public School System for two years, where he saw first- hand the challenges that young people face.
